Members in Good Standing

Members delinquent on payment of Dues will not have access to Clubhouse, Pool or any common facilities.

Trash

$245.00 per year due July 31

Current provider is CSI

Pick up day is Thursday morning

Dues cover 90 gallon trash container and 50 gallon recycling bin provided by CSI

Trash is to be put out no more than 24 hours prior to pickup

Can should be put away no more than 24 hours after pickup
